4 stabbed during fight in Uptown Whittier

Four men suffered stab wounds during a fight with several other people Sunday morning in downtown Whittier, authorities said.

Officers dispatched at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday to the 7000 block of Greenleaf Avenue regarding a fight with "numerous individuals involved" located four men with stab wounds, the Whittier Police Department reported.

The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment and detectives were on the scene working to identify the suspect or suspects.
